Hi, I'm Ailin Zhang, a 4th-year PhD student in Economic Geography at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
My research interests lie in urban/spatial economics, urban-finance, and real estate economics.
I study agglomeration economies and spatial mobility across and within cities, combining quantitative spatial modeling with insights from finance.
I am on the 2026/27 academic job market.
